Our mission statement:

The Women’s Ministry Team at EFBC exists to glorify God through prayerfully planned activities and events for the women in our church body and local communities. We seek to serve women in all seasons of life with ministry activities that focus on equipping, encouraging, connecting, and strengthening our sisters in Christ to be disciples and to make disciples within their unique circles of influence. Through the work of this ministry, we celebrate the gifts given to each woman by God, and pray that women are led into deeper relationships with the Lord and with each other.

Summer Study

The EFBC Women's Ministry team is excited to invite you to participate in the 2025 summer study, "Daughters of Grace", a study on the women of the Bible.

Summer Study Description:
Throughout the Old and New Testaments, we are introduced to a variety of women who had a significant impact on the story of redemption found in the Bible. Women from different social classes, nationalities, ages, and backgrounds had a profound influence in the events that unfold in Scripture. We see widows and orphans, old women and young girls, live out the calling that God had given them. Throughout each woman’s story, God’s steadfast love and constant grace are evidenced.

The Daughters of Grace Study on the Women of the Bible is a 6-week study that equips believers to:
Understand the historical and biblical context of the Women in the BibleRecognize how these women point to God's great mercy. Each week contains five days of study material, including daily study questions, a weekly memory verse, and weekly reflection questions.

Length, Date & Time:
The study will last for six weeks starting the week of June 1. You can choose to be placed in a group based on availability, be partnered with someone, or work through the study on your own. The exact end date of this study will be determined by the group option you choose, but if you maintain a weekly pace, you'll end the study around July 12.

What to Expect:

Each week provides five days of short study material and questions to reflect on. You will complete the reading on your own throughout the week and then discuss with your group/partner at your scheduled meeting time.

Do I need to purchase the study?
Yes. The cost for your study book is $8.56. We have ordered a bulk amount so you do not have to order your own copy. You can pick up, and pay for, your copy on Sunday, May 25 (or make arrangements with Susan or Kara).

Is this only for women of EFBC?
